Jason Rochelle of Schnecksville, PA won his heat and the 20-lap feature event as the 2009 Keystone Legends Tour kicked off at Linda’s Speedway Friday night.  Rochelle started third, got under defending Tour champion Tim Henry as lap six went into the books, and kept the field at bay over the final fourteen laps to record the win for owner Ron Cooper.  Henry held on for second over Randy Kissinger, Tim Bauer, and Clinton Penkauskas as Stephen Nederostek, Roy Danner, Ron McDermott, Brian Weitzel, and Drew Weisser completed the top ten.

Rochelle, Henry, and Bauer won heat races for the 28-car field.  Rick Kaylor took the victory in the “B” main to lead the final qualifiers.

The Keystone Legends Tour returns to Linda’s Speedway on Friday, May 15th, as the best drivers in the area challenge the quarter mile dirt.
