Randy Kissinger of Hanover, PA started eighth, worked his way into the lead by lap ten, and held off the challenges of defending Keystone Legends Tour champ, Tim Henry, to post his first Tour win of the season Friday night on the quarter mile dirt at Linda’s Speedway for owner Ron Cooper.

Polesitter Jim Baker led the opening lap over Justin Grim, Rodney Adams, Todd McCollum, and Brian Weitzel and continued to set the pace until lap seven when Grim took command with an inside move off turn four.  By lap ten Kissinger arrived at the point by riding the high groove and Tim Henry moved into third from his ninth starting spot two laps later.  Grim and Henry kept the pressure on Kissinger over the remaining laps with Henry establishing himself in the second spot with five to go.  Kissinger was steady over the remaining laps, but Henry made a gallant inside run off turn four which fell half a car short at the checkers.  Grim came home a solid fourth with Jason Rochelle and Brian Weitzel completing the top five.  Clinton Penkauskas, Tim Bauer, Todd McCollum, John Barsuglia, and John Gray rounded out the top ten.
Rochelle, Grim, and Henry won heat races for the 21-car field.

The Keystone Legends Tour returns to Linda’s Speedway on Friday, June 12th, and the best drivers in the area make their first appearance ever at New Jersey’s Bridgeport Speedway quarter mile on Friday, June 19th.
